The staff was so personal yet professional. Each one made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay there rememberable. The day we checked in Danni handle our checking in. She was so pleasant and had a sunny personality. I knew right then and there we were going to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was above the normal breakfast normally provided at most hotel. It was always made fresh and very tasty. There was plenty of breakfast food to choose from so I am pretty sure everyone found something that met their need for breakfast. Thank you to all your staff for helping make our trip back home one for our Memory Lane. I definitely would recommend your hotel to anyone coming to Columbus and looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Also, the location was a plus. Easy to come and go and to find some places to eat and entertainment near by.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, probably one of the best staff experiences I’ve had at a hotel in years. Plus there were Tesla chargers at this location (with superchargers only a quarter mile away) and a continental breakfast included with our stay. Additionally, they had a small bar area on site with a few snacks and drinks for purchase along with some warm cookies for guests as they checked in. You could tell the cleaning staff took pride in their work as the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless and they even did the fancy designs with the toilet paper and tissue paper (see picture below), I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Columbus area.

Lobby was nice and clean. Our double bed room was very spacious for 3 people as it included a couch, small fridge with sink and counter, plus a desk. The bathroom, while small, was clean and looked recently renovated. Breakfast was pretty decent and had a good variety of foods, except the Bananas, they were beyond ripe. It's in a good location, lots of restuarants and stores within walking distance or short drive.

I liked the staff, they’re very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was lively. The price for the suite I got was affordable for two nights.( If you’re booking through “booking.com” be mindful there is an incentive fee to be paid when you get to the hotel. After taxes and that fee, you’re paying about $200 more than advertised. ) I enjoyed the bed in the suite- it was comfortable and when my husband and I got into our suite, it smelled nice and was extremely clean. The TV was in playing soft music as a welcome which is different so it provided a nice welcoming ambiance. Definitely book here.

Convenient location. Clean lobby to hangout, good breakfast, small but clean gym to workout. This was our 4th year visiting the area around Christmas time. We stayed here at the very first year and stayed at different near by hotels on the 2nd and 3rd year(one hotel had a major renovation and didn't tell us anything, the other was had pipe burst. pool not working etc) We were very happy to come back here with no issue and we had good stay.

Clean and comfortable. Good bed, good shower, good TV, spacious room. Everything was really well kept. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine (but could’ve used a little change from day to day). No weed smell (which Is becoming a rare treat even in “non-smoking” hotels). All in all really liked the place.

The location was great, the room was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I liked the extra large couch and desk in the room. Breakfast had lactose-free milk options, and that's always great. It was also easy to book.

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. It was relatively quiet for our stay which was also quite nice. Having the T.V. and internet access helped us to unwind in the evenings, and hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The decor in the lobby and in our room were modern, streamlined, and elegant. We felt like we were staying in a more expensive hotel! We also like the breakfast, and the employees were wonderful.
